【第一回　北インド  「健康への権利」を実現する地域の若手リーダーの育成研修、無事終了！】

コースの最初の数日間は、主催者のチャヤさん（2019年国際研修参加者/Prayas代表）の表情をいつも気にしてた参加者たち。でも日を追うごとに、参加者同士のやりとりやファシリテーションをし合うことが増えていきました。

  昨日（10月13日）は、各自の行動計画づくりのために、まず7日間のコースを通して、何をどのように学んだかを全員で振り返り、重要な点を拾い出しました。また、コース自体の評価も行いました。

これらの活動を見た限り、グループでの話し合いは最初の頃よりも明らかに活発になり、価値を生み出していたと感じました。また、全体で発表するときの参加者の表情は、達成感に満ちあふれていました。

コースは本日10月14日に終了しました。

国際研修での経験や学びをもとに自ら率先して新しいことに挑戦し、精進しているチャヤさんに心から敬意を表したいと思います。

Congratulations on the completion of the 1st health equity course in India!
For the initial few days of the course, the participants tended to always look at and talked to Chhaya san, the director of the host organization called "Prayas" cum the alumna of ILDC 2019.
However, interaction and peer facilitation among them were gradually increased day by day.
Yesterday (Oct. 13), the participants spent a half day to collaboratively review and pick up what they learned from the contents and the process for the last 7 days, so as to develop their own action plan in the night individually.
The remaining half day was allocated to evaluate the training course.
When I observed these two activities, I felt that thier discussions in a small group became more obviously active and productive, and saw a sence of satisfaction with their accomplishments on their faces and in the way of their expression when they presented the group discussion results.
Finally, the course was closed today, October 14.

Congratulations to the Prayas team, too! I'd like to express my great application to Chhaya san taking the initiative to try out new thing for her organization based on her experience and learning from ILDC, and devoting herself to it.
