健康の権利って何だろう？～イタリア発のマンガで考える健康権

日程としては過ぎてしまったのですが、世界保健デーである４月７日に、あるマンガが、イタリアから発信されました。タイトルは”Materia Viva”（生きているもの、というような意味でしょうか）。

誰もが生まれながら医療にアクセスできる権利があります（日本の医療保険制度が保障しているように）。
ですがこのパンデミック下において、世界で、そして日本でも、医療を受けられる人と受けられない人がいるということが、露わになりました。
なぜそんなことが起こっているのでしょう。

健康とは何か。何があれば、健康であれるのか。
そこから、
健康の権利が本当に「意味すること」を考え深めていけるのが、このマンガです。

On 7th of April, World Health Day, and day against the privatization
and commercialization of healthcare, health and social protection,
"Materia Viva", a comic, was released from Italy to narrate the idea of the right to health.
It will respond to a common need for many of us,
find different and more accessible ways and tools to talk and discuss about health.

Hoping it will be useful to all of the people who try to build different practices to produce health all over the world!
