北インドの元研修生との協働事業（「健康への権利」を実現する地域の若手リーダーの育成研修事業）レポート

（研修3日目、10月6日、インド北部ラジャスタン州）
今はインド時間午後11時30分です。
3 人の参加者（NGO若手スタッフ）は、母語ではないヒンディー語で、その日の研修のまとめの作成に苦労していました。
すると、もう一人の参加者が、11時間に及ぶセッションの疲れにもかかわらず、自ら進んで手伝いに来てくれました。
この研修を主催した元研修生のチャヤさんがAHIでの国際研修で学んだ「助け合い」の原則が、この北インドでの研修でも尊重され実践されています。
今日、参加者は世界の保健政策・取り組み、インドの保健制度、グローバリゼーションが保健分野に与える影響などについて幅広い知識を得るとともに、それらについて多くの議論を交わしました。
明日、参加者は「都市貧困層の健康」をテーマに、ホームレスの人々やレンガ窯で働く季節労働者らと面会する予定です。

Report on the health equity course in India
It's 11:30 p .m . in India. Three participants were struggling in making recap in Hindi, because it's not their mother tongue. Then, another participant came to volunterily help them in spite of his tiredness after a 11-hour long session. "Helping each other" principle is respected and practiced in the Indian course, too!
Today, the participants got a vast knowledge about global health policy/commitment, health system in India, impacts of globalization on health sector etc. and had a lot of discussions over them.
Tomorrow, they are supposed to visit and meet with homeless people and seasonal labours in the brick kiln under the topic of "health of urban poor".
