学ぶこと　To learn

Hallo again,
Well I wish to share my experience about my internship so far.  Moving on from my last blog, the intership experience is one that I that I have gained a lot of insight.

As mentioned previously, the participants are from different countries and processes of health service delivery  differ within each country. I have learnt the importance of learning from each others experience for different situations and moderating it to suite the context needed.
I was also marvelled that most of the facilitators had vast experience but emphasis that they are still learning even from the participants also.

They key point which I had taken from the session is that Learning never ceases.  We learn from each other, from experiences from books,lectures and many more. Every step is a learning phase. It is important that we keep an open mind to welcome knowledge regrdless of how it is presented.

私がセッションから受け取った重要なポイントは、学びは終わらないということです。私たちはお互いから、本や講義などの経験から、学びます。全て、学習段階です。それらがどのように提示されるかに関係なく、知識を受け入れていくためには、私たちが心を開いておくことが重要です。
